AI Agents

We implement individual AI agents for bike, car, and scooter sharing operators, either as a fixed scope implementation project or as an ongoing service. Each agent handles exactly one workflow: it reads your systems, applies your rules, executes approved actions, and escalates everything else to a human.

What We Build

In each case a separate agent, not one system that does everything.

Conversational BI

Your team asks in plain language: "Why did utilization drop in the north district last week?" The agent queries your booking and fleet data and returns a direct answer with the underlying numbers, not a dashboard you still have to interpret.

Maintenance coordination

Maintenance, cleaning, inspection, repair: the agent consolidates tickets, telematics, and staff rosters into a daily service plan, prioritized by SLA risk and routing. Your operations lead reviews and approves. The agent learns from every adjustment.

Anomaly monitoring

Continuously compares bookings, availability, and system state against the learned baseline. Instead of a raw alarm, you get a first assessment: "Vehicle 47 has been reserved for 4 hours with no trip started. Likely cause: the previous booking never closed, so the vehicle never returned to available. It sits at the depot, invisible to customers."

Management and strategy support

Prepares recurring reports, tracks decided measures, and runs scenarios for strategic questions. Example: before you commit to a second depot, the agent models the effect on service response times, staffing, and fixed costs from your own operating data. Assistance for leadership work. Judgment stays with you.

Communication with service partners

Many fleets run on external depots, workshops, and cleaning crews. The agent sends work orders, tracks confirmations, follows up when status updates are missing, and escalates delays before they turn into vehicle downtime.

Customer service

Answers recurring inquiries against your live booking and account data: refund status, trip issues, tariff questions. Everything unusual goes to your team. The difference to standard tools: the agent works inside your operator systems, not on a generic FAQ base.

Ways to Engage

Implementation project: Fixed scope, fixed price: one workflow, one integration target, acceptance criteria agreed before we start. Read-only API access to the relevant systems is enough to begin. A first implementation typically runs in weeks, not months. Handover includes full documentation and configuration, so there is no dependency on us for operation.

Agent as a Service: We operate, monitor, and improve the agent for a monthly fee. Suited for workflows whose requirements evolve over time.

In both cases the first step is the same: we look at the workflow you have in mind. If an agent is not the right tool for it, we will tell you what is.
