Connect data

ReportWerk reads your existing data via SQL, API, or data warehouse. Connected machines are not required for this.

Define KPI templates

You define once which KPIs your customers receive. For example availability, OEE, downtime, or energy consumption per machine.

Delivery runs automatically

Your customers select from the templates and set recipients and intervals themselves. ReportWerk delivers as PDF or CSV, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Portal and reports run under your domain, with your logo and your email sender. Your customers see only your name.

Strict data separation

Each of your customers works in their own isolated tenant with row-level security. End customers invite their own employees via email and control read permissions granularly, down to individual machines or reports.

Delivery without intervention

A server-side worker generates reports asynchronously and sends them on schedule via email. After setup, no manual effort is required.

Do we need our own software development team for implementation?

You don't need that. The system is fully developed. You configure instead of programming.

How do we connect our machines if they are not currently networked?

Direct machine connectivity is not required. We start simply with your existing data such as ERP, MES, service tickets, or energy data.

How mature and tested is the platform in industrial use?

ReportWerk has been successfully in production since 2025. With over 3,400 automatically delivered reports and a delivery reliability of 99.9%, we offer a highly stable solution.

What advantage does the platform offer over an existing Power BI solution?

Power BI is excellent for internal analytics. ReportWerk, on the other hand, is a ready-made white-label solution that lets you provide reports to your customers under your own branding — including automated permission management, tenant separation, and reliable delivery.

What does a report look like?

Best to look at a real one. The sample report shows which KPIs your customers can receive, for example availability, revenue, and utilization. Delivered as PDF or HTML, under the manufacturer's branding.

Add-on feature

Conversational BI: Auswertungen per Dialog anfragen

An optional assistant is currently being developed that answers questions about report data in natural language (Conversational BI). The project is funded by the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. This is not needed to get started. ReportWerk works fully without this feature.
